Her customer focus, mentoring mindset, and process-driven approach make her a strong asset in her role as Practice Manager at Nijjer Accountants. She supports the team by managing workload, stakeholders, and deadlines—helping the Directors and staff work more effectively.

Outside the office, Lisa plays netball, is a fan of Formula 1, loves to travel, and enjoys getting lost in a good book.
